Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Salinas, CA
Pay: $23–$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Salinas, CA. The right candidate will handle work orders, unit turnovers, and groundskeeping to keep the community well-maintained. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Complete work orders promptly (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, appliance repairs)
Perform unit turnovers/make-readies for new residents
Assist with groundskeeping, trash removal, and overall curb appeal
Provide responsive customer service to residents and staff
Support preventative and routine property maintenance
Qualifications:
Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience required
Skills in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and appliance troubleshooting
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and follow direction
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
