Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SME
LOCATION: Remote
Position Overview:
LinTech Global is looking for a candidate to join our team as that Certified Scrum Master (CSM) that will serve as an Agile facilitator within the IRS Criminal Investigation (CI) Technology Operations (TechOps) environment (IRS-CI TechOps). The CSM will guide cross-functional teams in Agile practices, ensuring effective delivery of enterprise IT projects in alignment with IRS-CI's strategic goals including support for law enforcement, cybersecurity, and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
· Active CSM certification (Scrum Alliance or equivalent).· The candidate must obtain SAFe certification within four (4) months of onboarding.· 2+ years' experience as a Scrum Master· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).· Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.· Familiarity with project portfolio management and configuration/change management processes in enterprise settings. · Experience with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence).· Clearance: Must be able to obtain/maintain IRS MBI (Moderate Risk Background Investigation) - Public TrustCompany Description
