Job Details

We’re seeking two mid-level to senior associates to join our Capital Market Practice Group in New York. Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters, particularly in capital markets transactions, including SEC reporting, debt and equity offerings, and IPOs. Strong interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach are crucial. You must be barred in New York or eligible to obtain NY bar admission. This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth in a collegial environment that supports your progression towards partnership.
