**Job Details:**
Fully remote with a Monday-Friday schedule. Hours are flexible to 8 hours a day.
**Job Responsibilities:**
Oversees the data team within the Quality Management department. This position will be responsible for the validation, quality, analysis, and communication of data, particularly as it pertains to the quality of services provided as well as to inform overall corporate strategy. Must be familiar with data validation, analysis, strategy, governance, infrastructure, and informatics. The Data Manager will assist in moving data management forward in all areas.
**Job Requirements:**
**Five or more** years of experience in healthcare data management, analysis, strategy, or similar. Preference for experience specific to behavioral health. Relevant **Bachelor's degree or higher** in Business, Software Programming or Technology, Engineering, or related field. Preference for experience with NextGen and PowerBI software. Advanced understanding of MS SQL required
