Join Our Team as a Driver - Courier at United Parcel Service!

Your Mission:

As a Driver - Courier, you will:

• Deliver packages using company vehicles while adhering to UPS guidelines and safety standards.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service with a smile.
• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.

What You Need to Succeed:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, but license type varies by state).
• The ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and driving skills.
• The legal right to work in the U.S.
• A commitment to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Working Conditions:

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you can expect:

• Workdays of 8 to 10 hours, with schedules varying from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday based on business needs.

Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a fantastic way to start your journey with UPS! Many seasonal drivers transition to permanent positions, which come with even more benefits, including:

• An average total compensation package of $145,000 per year for permanent drivers.
• No healthcare premiums.
• Up to seven weeks of paid vacation, plus paid time off for holidays and sick leave.
• Contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
