Position: Legal Executive Assistant

Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 (DOE)

Location: Midtown, NY (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Calendar management
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Arranging internal events and managing travel
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
• project managing workflow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting attorneys and/or c-suite executives (Big law preferred)
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
