We are seeking a driven, Spanish-speaking Legal Assistant to join our Medical Management Department. The best candidates dont just respond to client needs they anticipate them. Youll be the kind of professional who loves finding smart solutions, communicates with warmth and clarity, and never lets a detail slip.

What You Will Do

• Own the client onboarding processensuring seamless first impressions and clear next steps.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with precision, handling inbound/outbound calls with urgency and professionalism.
• Track and respond to all new client leads (calls, emails, referrals, and online inquiries) to maximize case intake.
• Initiate claims and send letters of representation in order to efficiently move cases forward.
• Coordinate medical appointments, so clients get the care they need without delays.
• Chase down missing records, bills, and documentsbecause no detail gets past you.
• Advocate on property damage claims, ensuring clients recover what theyre owed.

Role may include other relevant duties as assigned.

What Were Looking For

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 1-3+ years of experience thriving in a fast-paced office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to type at least 40 WPM
• Excellent time management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in large teams and navigate a paperless environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
