Overview:
Lake Huron Medical Center is a 139-bed community hospital that provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient health care services to residents of St. Clair and Sanilac counties including emergency services, primary stroke center, cancer care, surgical services, physical therapy and rehabilitation services, pulmonary rehabilitation, and specialized diabetes programs.

Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate logs on all equipment in hospital and provides for a safe working environment. Maintains and repairs equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Maintains the building and its related systems. Certified and/or licensed in a specific trade that is directly related to healthcare engineering
Position is full time, 40 hours per week, on day shift with call rotation for evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be a certified HVAC Tech with at least 5 years of experience troubleshooting and leading repairs on Commercial HVAC Units. Position requires a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle records check.
