House Cleaner / Housekeeping Professional

Location: Metamora, MI

Hours: 20-35 per week | No nights, weekends, or holidays

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00/hr + tips, bonuses, and benefits

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $14.00-$19.00/hr, based on experience, quality, and speed
• Paid Time Off: Up to 10 days/year

What You'll Do:

• Clean customer homes using the Molly Maid proven process
• Deliver high-quality service with attention to detail
• Provide friendly, professional customer communication
• Work in a variety of homes and settings

Team Lead responsibilities (if applicable):

• Safely drive a team vehicle to and from customer homes
• Manage team schedules and supplies
• Maintain cleaning equipment

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing)
• High school diploma or GED Availability Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
