\n Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role

Salary: $55,000- $60,000

\n\n \n What You’ll Be Doing: \n\n

As a Recruiter , you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume, industrial/warehouse environment. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and ensure a fair and engaging hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across various levels and geographic areas

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Source, attract, and screen active and passive candidates using job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Bullhorn)

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and ensure consistent, equitable hiring practices

    \n\t\n

    A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle, high volume recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse setting

    Strong customer service and communication skills

    High adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    A team-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
