\n\n \n What You’ll Be Doing: \n\nAs a Recruiter , you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume, industrial/warehouse environment. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and ensure a fair and engaging hiring process.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nManage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across various levels and geographic areas
\n\t\n\tSource, attract, and screen active and passive candidates using job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Bullhorn)
\n\t\n\tPartner with hiring managers to understand role needs and ensure consistent, equitable hiring practices
\n\t\nYou’re passionate about helping people and driven by results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships and solving challenges with urgency and energy.
\n\nYou bring:
\n\nA minimum of 2 years of full-cycle, high volume recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse setting
\n\t\n\tStrong customer service and communication skills
\n\t\n\tHigh adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
\n\t\n\tA team-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
