Sales Manager – Door-to-Door Team | $750/week + Car + Commissions | $8M–$10M Potential
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our high-performing door-to-door sales team . If you're driven, hands-on, and hungry for growth, this is your opportunity to manage a dynamic team, build something big, and earn serious income.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a team of 10-15 door-to-door sales reps
Be in the field daily with your team until 7:00 PM
Recruit, train, and hire new reps to expand your team
Lead by example and actively participate in field work
Drive team performance, accountability, and sales success
Compensation & Perks:
$700/week base pay
Company car, gas card, toll pass provided
1-2% commission on all rep sales
Performance-based bonuses
Realistic earning potential from revenue range $8M–$10M annually
✅ Requirements:
Prior door-to-door sales and team management experience
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Willingness to work outdoors daily with your team
Self-starter with a growth mindset
Excellent communication and recruitment ability
