What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Junior Salesforce Administrator for our Service and Operations teams at Corpay to drive the overall customer and agent experience in the Service Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Salesforce Service cloud and general Customer Service and Account Management processes. Principle activities include working with the Service/Operations Salesforce team to assist in core projects and support processes. The role will assist in project management for key projects, working with business stakeholders to gather business requirements, building and maintaining CRM-generated reporting, documenting Salesforce development, and running day-to-day activities such as granting system access and triaging support cases.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include: Acting as the liaison amongst stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements.
Managing design sessions with business stakeholders to drive out functional requirements and designs.
Ensuring all requirements are fulfilled by the technical design and assist in user acceptance testing and document final development.
Collaborating with team to generate scenarios/test cases and test scripts, ensuring traceability to all requirements.
Researching & learning industry best practices to improve current processes when applicable.
Developing recommendations to improve processes or techniques.
Managing project enhancement request submissions and backlog.
Serving as a resource for business users seeking guidance on system use and best practices including preparing training documents for new functionality.
Communicating bi-weekly release notes to business users.
Managing Salesforce support cases, set up new users, and handle urgent issues with other Salesforce teams.
Assisting with ongoing campaign management and reporting.
Reviewing ongoing reporting for various Salesforce tools such as Experience Builder Help Center and Chat bot to recommend enhancements.
Assisting operations teams in creating reports and dashboards.
Continually seek to enhance your Salesforce.com knowledge, including use of Salesforce Trailhead and acquisition of progressively more advanced Salesforce.com certifications
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
2+ years of experience in a business environment, with a preference for experience related to operations or post-sales customer management.
Experience as a business user of Saleforce.com, with demonstrated curiosity of administrative responsibilities, such as execution of junior admin responsibilities (configuring reports, etc.) or participation as a business user in the Agile process
Strong communication skills. Proven ability to gain credibility with business stakeholders and to run interactions without supervision
Ability to learn quickly and function as a positive and creative member of a team
Intermediate level in Excel, Microsoft, Visio and other tools
Minimal travel may be required between Tennessee and Georgia offices.
