Our training program is designed to boost competition among sales and marketing personnel while also providing a platform for sharing effective techniques and open communication of ideas. We believe in leading by example and having a comprehensive understanding of the entire business model. Our management training program offers exposure to all facets of the campaigns and potential opportunities for leadership and management roles. We also recognize and celebrate both large and small accomplishments.
Requirements: We have been committed to helping expand the local market to meet the demands of a new campaign! We recently just partnered with two of the biggest professional sporting teams in Pittsburgh. We are looking for competitive individuals who do well in performance-based environments and have exceptional people skills! Our clients demand growth, and we are on a mission to deliver! This is exactly why we must start talent scouting right away.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (a personally owned vehicle is recommended). Travel to sales sites will be a requirement in this role.
