We are seeking a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our team! You will perform staffing-related activities, from recruiting new hires to retaining existing ones.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential temporary employees
• Electronically onboard new employees
• Accurately maintain electronic employee files

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Staffing, recruiting, or light industrial workforce.
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Bilingual is a must.
