Job Title: Entry-Level Receptionist
Location: Santa Barbara, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $21 – $24 per hour
Minimum of 2 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience required
About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Santa Barbara. This role is ideal for someone looking to continue building their professional career in an office setting while gaining valuable experience. As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for both visitors and staff.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
Assist with scheduling, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional and approachable demeanor
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Suite preferred)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
