• Site Managers must be at least 18 years old
• Available to work for the full duration of the season (~7 weeks)

• Spring leagues begin on March 30th and run through June 1st

• Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (depends on venue)
• Sunday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (depends on venue)

• No certification needed; training provided for league format

The Site Manager oversees game-day operations, ensuring a superior experience. Candidates should be energetic, organized, and customer-service oriented, with a desire to learn sports management and experience working with kids.

• Set up and break down for game days
• Manage part-time staff and volunteer coaches
• Oversee overall venue operations
• Promote sportsmanship values
• Organize equipment and venue cleanliness
• Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer service

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to ensure safety and take charge in situations
• Positive attitude and relationship-building skills
• Availability for the full season (~7 weeks)
